At the moment work in an excel document and track which shop has what stock but I dont kno how to link that info to what I have here a home. Can ayone help me please. I'm a 'newbie' to Excel

    Re: Inventory management

I believe that you will need to indicate the number of cards initially placed at each store and keep up with the number of cards that are added to each stores stock.
The file has been modified so that column F shows the initial stock allocated to the store. Columns M, T, AA... show the amount of stock added to the store that week (doesn't really matter whether it happens during the week or before the beginning of following week).
Column E displays the current stock level for that store using:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

On the 'My Stock' sheet the current stock level for all stores is displayed using: =SUM('Private sales:ShopE'!E2)
The sales for each day is displayed using: =SUM('Private sales:ShopE'!G2)
Note that this is modeled for the 110/1 card only, so you'll need to copy the formulas down the sheets.
