Conditional formatting - change color of specific letters in a cell.

    Hi,

Is it possible to change the color of the the last 3 letters or the exact text string " pas" (in column I) to red using conditional formatting???

    Thank you in advance.

No. Conditional formatting works on the whole cell. You would need VBA to do that.
