Excel noob needs help with his design

Hello. Could someone please help me with my problem (i don't understand excel very well

I am trying to make a graph/image/whatever, but can't figure out how to make this specific design. What is want to make is as follows:

i have 10 people who started at day 0. Each of them had to reach three goals in consecutive order and i have recorded on which day they all achieved those goals. It basically looks like below, for example.
It shows day 0 and how many days from day 0, they reached the goals (in order).

person 1: 0, 10, 15, 20
person 2: 0, 20, 30, 40
person 3: 0, 7, 14, 25

Now i want a graph that has time (in days) on the x-axis and each individual person on the y-axis represented by a horizontal line. Each individual horizontal line should have 3 highlights indicating the days on which they reached their goals.
I hope you understand what i mean and can help with creating this.

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
