    Multiple Conditions

    Hi,

    How can i get the formula to give me the following on a cell. If the province is BC, then show name "Richard", if the provinces does not show BC, but all other province, show "Allard", if provinces show only MB, AB, ON, then show "Tony". How can I get a formula to get my desired output in a spreadsheet?

    ON
    NS
    BC
    ON
    MB
    MB
    MB
    AB

    Hello and welcome to the forum.

    I'm not sure that I understand.

    I recommend uploading a small representative sample of your data along with the desired results (which you can enter manually) based on that data.

    To upload an Excel workbook, follow these steps:
    1) Click on "Go Advanced"
    2) Click on "Manage Attachments"
    3) Click on "Choose File"
    4) Choose your file and click on "Open"
    5) Click on "Upload"
    6) Click on "Close this window"

    Try this in B3:

    =IF(COUNTIF(A6:A20,"BC"),"Ricard",IF(SUM(COUNTIF(A6:A20,{"MB","AB","ON"}))=COUNTA(A6:A20),"Tony","Allard"))
