Need to show reference without the chart using the number as data

Hi,
I'm trying to create a bar chart which shows a PCR number and the amount of days open. The problem is the chart is using the PCR number, which is an identification number as a value.
All I need is the PCR number and the amount of days open showing on the bar chart, thought it would be easy, but is beyond me,any help appreciated.

1. Right-click on the chart and choose Select Data.
2. Horizontal Category - click the edit icon.
3. Enter the range into the box: =Sheet3!$A$1:$A$46
4. OK > OK.
