I have 190rows in attached excel but 78rows has been selected with merged cell rows but here as its i need to copy the selected rows to new excel sheet how?

goto expiry date column and put filter and select only 2019 year and select jan to september and copy the selected rows to new excel how?
try this correct attached new excel file.
Merged cell functionality in Excel is not designed to work with Cut/Copy and Paste. That's because what merged cells are good at is displaying data, not holding data. They are a purely visual thing. If you are using them for any reason other than displaying data to human eyes, remove them.
