    Calendar filters

I have this daily calendar of work I do that I want to customize. Under Column B is the time from 9AM-5PM in 30minutes interval, from columns C:AG is the date.
I want to have a dropdown (week 1, week 2, week 3 and week 4) that will filter those dates only.
Also can I have a filter of the activities so that I know how much total hours in a month i spent in a particular company? Thank you

    Re: Calendar filters

You will need a formula to extract unique based on criteria for the first task. for the second one you could use sumif or even countif*30 to get the minutes. Upload a sample for further help. To upload: Go Advanced - Manage Attachments -
