Floating title on spread sheet

Hello, is it possible to get a FLOATING set of cells so that as the cells underneath a row of 4 cells (these are the ones that I want floating) the all move up and down as I scroll the page with the mouse.

The cells containing the title information I want to float. It is a rectangle of cells A12 TO N12 TO N15 TO A15

This is NOT a commercial enquiry or for my job. Just need to design a spread sheet for a hobby I have.

I would look at Freeze panes, and a new window which you could resize to those cells and see if either suffices

Something else to look at would be split screen, on the View tab.

Or possibly the Camera tool.
