Please one sample file, with some manually calculated answers... I have no idea where columns D & E came from and how they form part of the solution.
Also, your thread title is awful. It should resemble the phrase that you would use in a Google search. Would "Needed formula" do that?? It would produce no useful hits at all. Since you're new I will change it for you - this time - once I understand what you want!!
