Novice user, need to create parking lot occupancy tracker for church

Can you recommend a template I can use? Pastor wants a report of how full our parking lot is on a weekly basis. The goal is to show members that we need to put in more parking spaces. I need to organize the following data:

    1. Total parking spots available in church parking lot.
    2. Number of spots occupied each week in church parking lot.
    3. Number of "over-flow" spots used in adjacent business parking lot.
    4. Percentage of available parking used in the church parking lot.

He'd like some kind of chart/diagram as a visual aid. I'm a nurse by profession and don't know where to start but thought there might be a template I could adapt...

    Thank you!

    Hi There,
Try this spreadsheet out. i've entered some sample data in columns B, C & E as well as a Graph.
I assumed that Church was on Sunday, thus i entered starting last Sunday, January 12th and have a formula (=A2+7) to calculate every Sunday out through July 12th.

The formula in cell D2 down to D28 is simply Church Parking Used divided by Church Parking Available - i.e. - =C2/B2

Hopefully this works for you. Thank you for taking care of people in your real job.
