Hyperlink for only (1) site not working

Greetings;

I hope that someone can help me with my problem. Here is my issue: I recently created a spreadsheet, which contains many Hyperlinks . Every Hyperlink worked without a problem, until I inserted the following link: CHIME.COM | all seems fine, until I click on the URL Hyperlink. After clicking the link, instead of opening the browser and transporting the user to the CHIME website, I receive the following error: "unable to open member.chime.com/member/sign_in. Cannot download the information you requested."

I have tried everything to get this link to work, but I am unable to fix the problem. I am reaching out to anyone on the Excel Forum can provide me with some help that will fix my problem? I checked on the Internet and I found that it may pertain to some security settings on the website that prevents the wesite from opening.

I would be very grateful for any assistance that anyone can provide that will solve my issue.
