Angry Protecting Cells with formulas from being over-written

I found the procedure for protecting cells in the programs Help section. But what I'm be told to do doesn't appear to be in my Ecel?

Here is the process I tried to follow and where I ran into a problem:

    1) I clicked on the Review tab, then
    2) go to the Change group, to click on Unprotect Sheet

This Excel program does not have a Change group with a Unprotect Sheet option???

No idea what the Change group is. In the Review tab, here is where the Protect button is (if the sheet is already protected, it becomes the Unprotect button)

However, I do not have access to a Mac version to check this out.
