Hi. I'm new on here and have a problem I am hoping someone might be able to help me with. I am starting a new role at a company that doesn't have any systems in place to track vendor performance. Once I have decided on the metrics I would like to rate the vendors against. I am likely going to have to set up a data source and then create pivots/charts from that source and then finally a dashboard/scorecard that can be updated weekly. I have some experience in this area of Excel but I could do with help on the initial data source set up. I am used to extracting data from an automated system. I am looking for assistance in how to set the cell's up with OTIF, Quality and Cost. Looking at formula assistance for the OTIF is very key.
