    Excel not showing subtotal

Before an update (unknown date), I could highlight the two food items and a subtotal would appear on the sheet page. I know how to total, subtotal, etc. but this was a useful tool with large spreadsheets.

    Re: Excel not showing subtotal

Right click on that bottom bar and select the options you want to appear in that bar.

    Re: Excel not showing subtotal

When referring to the bottom bar, I mean the bottom border of Excel.

I'm not using a macro. It is a simple list of expenses.

    Re: Excel not showing subtotal

I meant that at the bottom left corner of the Excel Window there is a button for "Macro Record." You should be right clicking to the right of that button.

    Re: Excel not showing subtotal

Can you send me a screenshot or excel file that shows this? I don't have any macro button on the bottom bar. Thank you,
    Terri

    Re: Excel not showing subtotal

I appreciate your help. I don't have a bar below the tabs. You don't need to reply. I give up.

    Thank you
