I would like to ask how i could calculate the current service mileage to count down and give the mileage for next service and the date for next service as well. It will be 4 months for next service.

Welcome to the forum
Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

On the new spread sheet
i have this information in each cell
Vehicle Name Last Service Date Odo Reading Next Service Date Odo Reading for due service
Hyundai 22/02/2021 126565 This should be in due in 4 months time from the last service date This should include the mileage that the vehicle will have indicating it should go for service

With B2 is Last service date
Next service date would be:
=EDATE(B2,4)

So you have formula for next service date and new ODO already. What is your expected result? Try to input it manually where it should be placed in.
