An is Issue with Tools Tab in Excel 2016
Dear team Bjaginga here and I would like to request for your assistance.
The fields in Design Tools Tab in my Excel 2016 is all greyed and I have tried almost everything and nothing is working out, any body who can assist please I will highly appreciate.

Do you have a design element selected?
Is this just one workbook that is affected or all?
Have you tried restarting the software?
Have you tried rebooting the machine?
Have you tried reinstalling the software?

Dear Ali, in all the excel workbooks , the fields in the tools tab are greyed out. But let me try other options as you've mentioned, though rebooting the machine and restarting the software has not worked.
Do you have any Add-ins loaded? Have you checked the XLSTART folder if there is a file there, this will always be opened when you start Excel.
