settings for what screen shows on Excel startup

Hi,

When I start up Excel, I want to see the Home screen (with the recent files list and create a new blank workbook), not a blank worksheet. Is this possible? Where is the setting I need to change located? I can't find one.

I knew it was possible, and must have read that line a dozen times without it registering in my brain.
