    Sort with multiple headers

I have a spread sheet with multiple headers on several pages.
When I try to sort them (column B) the header does not stay at the top of each page.
Is there any way to sort the sheet keeping the headers where they belong?
I am attaching a sample sheet.

    Thanks,

It's not entirely clear what you mean.

Your example has discrete sets of data. One starting in A1 and the other in A45 with a gap between.
What do you regard as the header. When sorting only the top row of the range selected stays in place, assuming you choose the 'My data has headers' option

    Re: Sort with multiple headers

A1 and A2 is the header for the first page.
A45 and A46 is the new header for the second page.
A42, A43, A44 were left blank for notes when they are printed out.
I am trying to keep the headers in place after the sort.
I keep adding records at the end of the list (IE A55, A56) ETC then sort it down trying to keep the headers in place.

    Re: Sort with multiple headers

It sounds like you for each group of rows you want to sort, you need to make into a table.
Just omit the "DATE" part of the group and "convert to table".

You can then sort to your heart's content without having "Date" move with Column B.

Then create a table for the second set of data and omit "Date" and then you can sort each table separately.

For each "header" or group of headers, make a new table.
