Inserting table without affecting other columns/cell

I want to insert tables without headers but every time I do this. It added another row which will result in other columns below messing up. May I know how to avoid this when I insert tables without headers? I'll post a screenshot below as a reference if ever I didn't really explain it well.

As you can see in the last image. The December column moved one cell up after inserting the table. May I know how can avoid this? Thank you

When you insert without headers, it automatically will insert a column creating default headers. No way to prevent that. Options are
    1. Insert a blank row before your data (if necessary) and include that blank row in your selected range when creating a table. Check "My Table has Headers." That blank row will be populated with "Column1, Column2, etc. but there will be no row shifting.
    OR
    2. Before inserting your table, Insert cells (Shift down) in Col D to whatever column your data goes out to so that it counteracts the shift.
