Having trouble "unhide"ing my first row

IDK what's up. I know how to hide and unhide rows but just can't unhide row 1 for some reason? Anyone know why?

by chance do you have freeze panes on?

Is the row height for row 1 set to 0? If so, hide/unhide won't make it "visible". You could select row 2, then hit SHIFT+UPARROW. This will select both rows, then right-click on row 2 and change the row height to something normal, e.g. 15.
