There are a lot of threads related to creating dashboards. In fact, the forum had a contest for best dashboard a while back and there is a tab called "Dashboard" right at the top of the page next to "Forum Rules" where the entries to that contest are stored. Hope that helps.

Okay, I'm used to using dashboards as a means of data visualization. No matter where the data came from (lab, machines, nature), a good dashboard can let you know at a glance, where the patterns are, changes in patterns, positives, negatives, etc. Exactly what sort of visualization are you looking for?

I know a lot of the VBA experts here use macros to measure to the microsecond, how fast Excel may be communicating with other machines or computing different formulas or functions.
