Will you please attach a sample Excel workbook? We are not able to work with or manipulate a picture of one and nobody wants to have to recreate your data from scratch.
1. Make sure that your sample data are REPRESENTATIVE of your real data. The use of unrepresentative data is very frustrating and can lead to long delays in reaching a solution.
2. Make sure that your desired results are also shown (mock up the results manually).
3. Make sure that all confidential data is removed or replaced with dummy data first (e.g. names, addresses, E-mails, etc.).
4. Try to avoid using merged cells as they cause lots of problems.
Unfortunately the attachment icon doesn't work at the moment, so to attach an Excel file you have to do the following: just before posting, scroll down to Go Advanced and then scroll down to Manage Attachments. Now follow the instructions at the top of that screen.
Please pay particular attention to point 2 (above): without an idea of your intended outcomes, it is often very difficult to offer appropriate advice.

Are you actually using 2007? If so, I think you're out of luck.

Hi Alan,
As desired, I have attached an excel worksheet which will help you to work on the problem statement made by me.
I want to calculated each ageing % vs Grand Total %.
Currently I have manually done the % but you can help me with simple formula in pivot table.
Thanks & look forward to a solution.
Also thanks for your time.
Regards,
Anil Sali

Do you mean Microsoft 365 version 2008, or Excel 2008 for Mac? They are very, very different.
Hi,
Yes, its Microsoft 365 version 2008.

Please update your profile to reflect 365
With your pivot table, bring the quantity to the values section so that you have it duplicated and then right click on it to make it a percentage of the grand total. Then add the grand total to the columns.
Look at the sample attached.
Hi,
The solution to add an additional column is known to me but I don't want to do that way. I need the column percentage vs grand total percentage coverage, as shown in my attachment file.. Would appreciate if you can help me with the solution as per my requirement. However, thanks for your time.

Anil Sali
You can create a set to remove the rows you don't want to see (i.e. everything but the grand total for the percentages) as in the attached.
Hi,
Yes, this is what is needed, thanks for the resolution.

Anil Sali
