    Pivot Table Problem

    Hi All,

I have a Table which has a big data set. Amongst other things it shows the name of networks, the type of network (Primary or Secondary), and the yearly cost. However, some networks' cost for a Primary network are billed to include the Secondary network.

Within the excel sheet I want to create a Pivot table that shows all the networks and their associated costs, but I also want to show, where applicable, the relationship between a Primary and Secondary network where a cost for a Primary network includes the Secondary network. I want to show this relationship either by highlighting the cell in a different colour or perhaps adding another column in my original table to show this relationship in the Pivot (not sure how to do this) or some such method without me manually having to do something row by row in the Pivot.

Is this possible, this is a Excel logic and good practice problem and as I am not a whizz I am struggling to show the Pivot table properly.

    All help appreciated.

Thank you for the feedback and the rep.points.
you could add this to your formula to make it a little nicer: =IFERROR(your_formula ,"")

    Have a blessed day!

    Cheers
