How to move data from list 1 to list 2.
I need to move from list 1 name and quantity of items to list 2 automatically. How to do this? The Hood should be counted as Oven. And FYI the list1 is not always the same so the quantity of the lines are changing form time to time. I already filed one field manually in list 2.
If you mean you want to physically move data from 1 location to anotrher (so that it no longer appears in teh 1st location) you cant do that with formulas, you will need VBA (code)

Maybe not move but transfer. Data in first file should stay.
If you need I can merge two files in one file maybe it would be easier?
