Please help with unreliable bettor score formula

Didn't know it was a rule here. But I don't usually go through the rules of forums.

So I tried modifying it a little with a new "won" column to remove the "SEARCH" function to simplify the formula a bit hoping it would make it easier for excel to calculate what I want. Don't know what the fuss is all about. I think it helped a little but not exactly. I'm not seeing a pattern. As I said it worked in the beginning then stopped at certain points and if there is a pattern I just haven't been able to keep track of it. IDK.

Edit: actually on second thought it looks like it might be working. Bear with me. I Heber trouble keeping track of what's going on in the formulas....

Yeah, I think adding the "won" column worked. I'll say so tentatively for now till a spend some more time on it to test it out. But if anyone knows why my original formula wasn't working I'd love to know. I'll be back...

So what's wrong here? Where there is a number in column B and the values in E are bigger than F and I got something bigger than zero under V... I should at least have 3 in my formula box no? It worked in the little file I spawned it in above but when I put it in a busy environment with a Lotta data excel poops out and acts retarded. I tell ya... So what did I do wrong now?

So I just took this straight from my original file and cut everything else out of it to simplify it for anyone to work with directly. Should at least be 2 "unsuccessful underdog picks here" box returns 0. Screenshot_20211119-153243.png

Just to update, turns out my cells were formatted as text which seems to be a common problem so I'll have to mind that in the future when inserting new columns and rows which I think is where things went wrong
