Training program formula

Hi,

I would like to write a sheet for my training program.
How could I write this if for example I would have in column A ((number of sets*(number of repetitions*weight))+(number of sets*(number of repetitions*weight))) and than I would like to know the average weight of repetitions in column C.
So if I write an example with numbers that would look like:

A column: ((3*(5*60))+(2*(4*62)))
C column: average of those numbers, so 1396/((3*5)+(2*4)) and the result would in this case be around 60,70

I would be really happy, if somebody could help me

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.
