A formula which labels 1-3 of 5 categories as a good outcome and the other 2 as poor

Hi all, im trying to contstruct a formula which labels 1-3 of 5 categories as a good outcome and the other 2 as poor, this outcome of either good or poor being in a seperate cell. I used an IF/OR (the or including any of the cells which inlcude one of 3 good outcome ctegories, these categories being text based) formula which would have worked fine except that my data is quite incomplete (which isn't going to change) and I'd like a formula which only acknowledge a cell which contains one of the 5 categories, sorts it into either a poor or good ouctome, and ignores any other notes etc which might be in there. The way its is at the moment the formula processes these cells as poor outcomes along with categories 4 and 5
Any assistance is much appreciated.

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.
