Trying to jump to a cell using Hyperlink and Match on two separate rows

Hi,
Beginner here.
Office 2016.
I have set up a search function using HYPERLINK which when pressed jumps to matching cell contents. The problem I am having is I would like to be able to search 2 separate Rows (7:7 and 14:14) simultaneously. The only way I have managed it is by setting up two separate Hyperlinks, one for Row 7 and one for Row 14.
I would appreciate if someone could have a look at the attached worksheet and see where I am going wrong please. I am also open to any other suggestions that would offer a more efficient or user friendly search function.

Thanks AskMeAboutExcel, this is exactly what I was looking for. I just wanted to search both rows for the value but you worded much better than I did. The formula worked perfectly.
