Sucuri website Firewall - Access Denied

I have an experience during submit new thread or preview post and Sucuri Firewall block my request.

    Sucuri Websitefirewall-access Denied.JPG

Block reason is : Your request was not authorized due to its content (HTML code not allowed).

    Temporary solution from my side:
Attach HTML code as image to avoid Sucuri Firewall block the request.(see attach for example)
    FB_input_HTML_code.JPG

My question: Is that any other way to keep the HTML code in text(not in image as my temporary solution) and the NOT blocked by Sucuri Firewall?

    Regards,
    Benny

    Hi,

Yes I sympathise. This is a b***dy nuisance. I was caught by this last year until someone told me that it's caused by the html chevron tags.
Typically where in a formula you use the < > chevrons and they're next to each other the firewall trips over them. The only way I know at the moment is to add a space to separate them.

What text are you trying to post? If it includes functions with greater / less than chevrons then they are known to trip things

Just a pure guess but where you have [#ALL] try putting some spaces in there, i.e. [ ALL ]

    =IF(C$4="Word1",IFERROR(HLOOKUP(TEXT(C$1,0),Table2[ All],2,FALSE),VLOOKUP(VALUE(C$1),Table2[ All],2,FALSE)),IF(C$4="Word2",IFERROR(HLOOKUP(TEXT(C$1,0),Table4[ All],2,FALSE),VLOOKUP(VALUE(C$1),Table4[ All],2,FALSE)),""))

    Yeah that worked.

Re: Sucuri website Firewall - Access Denied

This is the only solution that worked for me, but I didn't have side-to-side chevrons, rather I had greater and less than signs in my formulas, so I added a space on each side of all of those symbols and the post went through. If that doesn't work for the next person reading this, try putting a space around the square brackets too.

The chevrons mentioned earlier are the same as the greater than and less than operators to which you refer. Thanks for the tip on square brackets.

Same issue here. I can't post if there is "onLoad" function in my post.

Not really, since I need to put brackets in the HTML code, what I want to actually put the function description as the code, but the firewall issue keep popping out if I do that.
