Table to compare the averages of the specified characteristics from 2 tabs

New Excel user here (university student).

I have 2 tabs with similar datasets: households and households who were accepted for a loan. However, I can also see who got accepted for the loan in the "Households" tab.

I have attached the simplified excel spreadsheet below. Please refer to the "1.5" tab, as it requires you to get data of both tabs to calculate averages.

I have been trying to figure this out but I don't know what to do. I assume it can't be done with a pivot table because I need to use 2 different tabs. Offset came up when searching for an answer, but I can still not figure it out.

Does anyone know what I have to use?
