    Total values from column into one cell if specific letter is present in another column

    I have attached a sample sheet. I am wanting to total the sum of Column L into Cell N2 if the Row in Column A has a Y in it. The sheet will essentially be a total collection of all the proposal created for my companies sister company. I would like to record when the are sold or not and then total the sold into a specific cell. If using a number instead of a letter would make the formula easier, that would be fine. I could use like 1 for sold and 0 or 2 for not sold. Would greatly appreciate any help.

    Thank you so much. I kept screwing around with that SUMIF formula. I was close but didn't quite have it right. I know from last time I supposed to mark this solved. Not finding that function or option though.
