After input move all rows down

Hello everyone,

I have a sheet with a fixed top row and columns A to P. I want to leave the second row blank to input some data. After I input my last data in P2 this row will move down and the second row will be blank again. I've seen a similar problem that is solved with the code below. But this code doesn't make the cell move down which the data is inputted in the target column.
