With Excel 2016, I would like to hide an internal calendar date.

An attached .xlsx file is provided.
I am having issues trying to hide Excel's 1900 internal calendar.
Application: Cell F4 Formula is: =E4+14 (date plus 14).
E4 & F4 are formatted as Date> *March 14, 2012
Here is the question:
When E4 is empty, F4 shows the 1900 internal calendar Date.
I am trying to hide this internal date until E4 is populated!
Any solution to this will be greatly appreciated.
