how to get back a blank cell instead of false

How can i get a blank cell instead of FALSE in the following:
=IF(AND(H24="Test Route 1",J24<>""),J24+$I$1,IF(AND(H24="Test Route 2",J24<>""),J24+$I$2, IF(AND(H24="Test Route 3",J24<>""),J24+$I$3)))

The only thing I would add is that Fluff13's addition technically does not return a blank cell, it returns a null string. The cell still contains something, it is just not visible.
