I have a spreadsheet that tracks annual competencies for my staff. I have three ways to demonstrate competencies. Class, walking rounds, and in-services.
Not everyone has to complete every competency. So I have formulas entered to show NA for those staff that do not need certain competencies. I will go in the spreadsheet and enter an X once the competency has been completed by those that need it. The cells are blank if the competency is needed but not completed. I also have formulas to calculate the total competencies due and total complete and the percentage complete.
What I am trying to do, is make a formula that shows the percentage complete for each type of competency. I started in row AF and I have gotten a part of the formula correct, however I am getting a NAME error for those staff that do not require the competency to be completed. My goal is to get the totals in the green cells at the bottom of the spreadsheet to show 100% when all of the required staff have completed all of the competencies for each respective section.
