Single forumla for multiple Cell to get results

Hi,

I have a list of 1000 rows which consists of two team with final results
Example
Visitor team = 6
Home team 4

I would like to list one team as Winner and other Lost in Q column or any other column. For the entire sheet

It would have helped if you had included something to show how you wanted it displayed, but maybe
