Question Sorting info while retaining subtotal structure

Hi there, I'm trying to utilize excel and subtotals in order to organize some information. I need to have all rows grouped by Column H/Email Address (see example file), with space(s) separating them. I've achieved this by using subtotals.

Once the data is subtotalled, I'd like to then sort all the data by Column E/Full Name, while retaining the sub total groupings. The date in Column E/Full Name is manually adjusted to all be the same after Column H/Email Address is subtotalled, so I cannot subtotal by Column E/Full Name. The info in Column E/Full Name will always be the same within a specific subtotalled group once I've manually checked it over.

I'm not familiar enough with subtotalling to know if this is possible and/or if there's a better way to this.

    Additional notes:
    - the subtotal numbers (numbers of rows with in a group/subtotal) are helpful, although not required so if a solution overwrites or erases those that's okay.
    - I do not need the subtotal "title" of the email address (Column F) at all, so if there's a way to replace any cell with data in Column F with the first or last data in a group in Column E/ Full name and then sort by that, this is totally fine.
    - Preferable to be able to scroll through all data at once, vs cycling through any filtered lists. But would possibly be open to this if it could be automatically alphabetized.
    - If there's a completely different way to approach this I'm open to it. The important points are 1) Must be groupable by Column H/Email Address and visually separated into bundles, then data sorted by Column E/Full Name while maintaining the
    email addresses "bundles".

File is attached, but here's a screenshot as well.

Re: Sorting info while retaining subtotal structure

Is there a specific reason you're using subtotals in the middle of the data rather than a separate table elsewhere that has a unique list of names and a simple COUNTIF to show how many of each there are? Or a simple Pivot Table even??

Re: Sorting info while retaining subtotal structure

Basically the info in this excel is coming from a list of orders. I need to use the info to pull digital files and cross reference those pulled files with info from this list to make sure nothing is missed.

I want to sort by Column E/Full Name because I'm pulling files into a list of folders in another window and not having the excel match this is really slowing down my process, plus making mistakes more likely. This is why I need to retain the sub total groupings. Each email address's files are pulled at once, then I move on to the next. But the folders and files are arranged by the info in Column E/Full Name. The subtotalling is used predominately to group each order together so that I can cross reference each person as I pull their files. The actual # subtotal is just additional useful information for cross referencing to catch mistakes and is not integral to this question (For example, Anna & Lake Zhang have 6 files. If I only have 5 there is an issue. But I can typically catch that visually as most orders have 1-5 files.) So this is why I'm not pulling just that info into a separate tab.

I think that answers your question? But if not let me know and I'll try to elaborate/clarify.

The most salient info in my questions is: 1) Must be groupable by Column H/Email Address and visually separated into those bundles, then data sorted by Column E/Full Name while maintaining the email addresses "bundles". If there's another way to go about this, I'm all ears. Hoping some of you Excel gurus can help!
