Set amount of columns in pivot table

Is it possible to set the amount of columns in a pivot table even if that column is empty ?

I have data in a table
A1- subject B1 - location
A2-apple. B2 - 5
A3-apple. B3 -14
A4-orange. B4 -2

I would like the pivot table to show columns (location) from 1-20 ( and have their cells blank ) , even if no data from those locations have been entered yet. The subject info from the table will be in the rowsl

Basically I want to visually see the “whole map, or graph paper “
Is this possible ? .

Right-mouse-click on the column header > Field Settings > Layout & Print > left-mouse-click to select [Show items with no data].
