    Working Out Sales Incentives Based on Three Different Criteria

    Hi Everyone,

    I am in a job related to sales where we use Excel in a different ways to analyze our daily, weekly & monthly Sales, Now i am making a format for weekly Sales Analysis in which i include Incentives details as well on the basis of Trend on month closing now we have 3 different Slabs to earn Incentives which i mentioned in three different columns starts from 90%, 90.00% - 94.99% with different rate per pack sold, 95.00% - 99.99% different rate per pack sold & on 100.00% & Above different rate per pack sold, Now what i want let me give Example:

    Product------Trend-------90.00% - 94.99%---------95.00% - 99.99%------100.00% & Above-------Final Incentive
    A---------------92%-----------100---------------------------150-------------------------250------------------------?
    B---------------85%-----------Not Eligible------------------Not Eligible---------------Not Eligible---------------?
    C---------------102%----------100--------------------------150-------------------------250------------------------?

    I want final Incentive which pick automatically by using condition & criteria according to trend, I hope i am able to make you understand what i want..

    Regards

    There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.

    A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.

    Here I attached sample workbook in column "O" i tried to apply formula but it`s not working correctly let me explain what i want to do:
    H5 cell is the condition if H5 < 90% then not eligible, if H5 > 90% and < 94.99% then choose value in L5, if H5 > 95% and < 99.99% then choose value in M5, if H5 > 100% then choose value in N5, all formula will be apply in O5

    Re: Working Out Sales Incentives Based on Three Different Criteria

    Try O5=IF(H5>=100%,N5,IF(H5>=95%,M5,IF(H5>=90%,L5,"Not Eligible")))

    Use SUM to sum up: =SUM(O5,AC5,AQ5,BE5,BS5,CG5)/6*1.3
