If function?

Hello,

If column C finds a matching word in column D, column C changes the matching word into __ (underline).

This is what I want to accomplish.

If I can make it happen, I could save a lot of time but I am such a beginner in excel learning. Please help.
I attached a sample file.

Check this it may suit for only if you have one word in Column "D" and this is also a "case sensitive"
