IF A Cell Contains Data/Number, Return Value, If Not Leave Blank

Hi

I have a columns that have a "Yes" in them, and in the next column i need to return a value (for example - 14-12-2022) if the cell doesn't have a "Yes" then I need the next cell to be blank

I am currently using this formula (below) but i keep getting a return value

=IF(ISNUMBER(AH3), "Yes", "14-12-2022")

Sorry if i didnt explain it well

All my "Yes" are in Column AH then i need the next cell along side the "Yes" (Column AI) to have the return value

some of the cells in column AH dont have a "Yes" but the cell along side it is still giving me a return value when I need it to be blank

Sorry to be a pain but is there a way of doing the same thing with other cells/columns that may have different data other than a "Yes" as i have other columns that have different dates

So Column Q has all the different dates in and i need the cells in columns R to say "Yes" if a date is in columns Q (the reverse of what you created)
