Pulling specific items from a table and then diving the results (completely lost)

    Hello everyone and good evening,

I'm having a lot of trouble trying to figure out how to do this:

I'm trying to collectively summarise Inspection type (Col D) by Department (Col E) to get the total No. of inspections for that department across the entire table.

For Example, the total amount of F-11 Forms completed by MFP 1 which is then summarised in 'No. of entries' (Col F)
however I want to accumulate all the entries across the entire table and then do the same with incorrect entries (Col G) and then figure out that performance as a % against a target of 100. however, I then want to display the difference between the Target as the actual result (GAP) in my empty table.

you can probably guess what I'm going for by my data table, I'm just looking to summarise the entire thing per department and inspection type.
I'm also looking to learn here as this will be very helpful for me along the lines.

i'm very sorry if this isn't clear and i greatly appreciate any applies that I may receive. Thank you.

I am a bit confused. Please mock up what your solution would look like. Blank cells don't help to much in understanding what you need. I don't like to guess.
