Okay, so I'm not sure if this is something that can be done with a formula or not. On the attached sheet, I have EE ID's in column A and programs in columns B through G. An EE can have up to 6 programs. I'm trying to figure out how to reduce the columns, so that I have all the data in two columns (on the sheet, the example is K and L). So, if an EE ID has more than 1 program, the would need a new row with the EE ID and the other program. An EE ID could potentially have six programs.
