Bar code reader codes not being input to destination cell

Hi All,
Thanks for adding me to this forum.
I have an issue with Excel not uptaking the barcodes. iam scanning into the form.
Which forum should I post this issue ?

I use a handheld scanner, a CS3070 to scan barcodes into my XL order form.
My Excel order form stopped uploading/inputting all the characters from my handheld scanner.
It won’t upload them into the cell that is designated for the UPC.
However, it will upload them into any other cell in the spreadsheet.
Also, the same order form works on my MacBook Pro ...... but not on my iPadPro.
The company that I work for has scoured the order form and says all the formulas are correct.
What do I need to do to get it to read and input all the digits into the correct cell?
