    Help converting xls to dbase3

I work at a copy business and we received an excel spreadsheet file from a client who wants us to print out his customers mailing info on labels. Unfortunately the customers info (name and address) is all contained within one cell. I'm trying to find a way to order the info in such a way so I can import it into Avery Design Pro for printing.

Converting the spreadsheet to a dbase3 file so Avery can use it is no problem. The problem is that I can't find an easy way to separate the name and address data within the one cell to three separate colums (name and two address lines). I need to do it this way so I can make three fields that I can use to format the labels correctly which would allow me to simply import the data from the dbase3 file. Anyone ever run into this problem before?

You may find these two websites giving information on splitting data (with in excel) handy: http://www.uwec.edu/help/Excel03/ws-split.htm and http://www.ozgrid.com/Excel/split-excel-data.htm
