    How do I formulate the following in Excel.

    A1 A2 A3
    45 55 {(45+55)}*30%
    = 30

    I hope I made myself clear. What I want is
    formula in A3 which will directly give me 30%.

    One way:

    = (A1 + A2) * 30%
