Tick Boxes

How do I put little boxes in my cells that when you click on them it puts a tick in the box and when you click again it takes the tick out? Probably really simple huh?

Go to View->Toolbars and select Forms. A new toolbar will show up. Click on the tick-in-a-box and then click on your spreadsheet. Do a search on 'Check Box' to find more info on how it works in the Excel Help or this forum.
