i think it is conditional formatting.
in d12 select format|conditional formating, in IF statement
type =IF(AND(D$10>=$B11,$C11>=D$10),TRUE,FALSE) and select format
copy and past to other cells

Thank you for your reply.
But I still can't got it right, do know where had gone wrong.
Can you send a example to me? ([email protected])
Thanks again.

Davidiew: Norika had the right idea, however you need to adjust his formula to match your exact range of data. Based on your posting, select D12, click Format | Conditional Formatting...
In the dialog box that opens, under Condition 1 select "Formula Is" from the drop down menu and place this formula in the formula box:
=IF(AND(D$11>=$B12,$C12>=B$11),TRUE,FALSE)
Click the Format button and select your desired font options, click the Patterns tab and select your desired fill color. click OK and then OK again to exit the dialog box.
Now copy this cell (D12) and do a Paste Special> Format to the rest of the cells in your desired range.
