Division question

I need to divide 2 numbers and get the percentage. Is this possible in Excel? I've tried several things and have had no luck.

Ex: 3 / 29 = .103 = 10%

Nevermind...I figured it out....

Make the cell Percent style.
Then, '=B17/B10'
