    Printing My Spreadsheet

At my office, I have a spreadsheet that I send to clients once a month. I would love it to fit on one printed page easily. How can I have it fit on one page? I tried making it a PDF, that didn't work. One of the columns was still off the edge. I switched it to landscape orientation, that didn't work either. Is there a way to quickly turn it into a photo or something so that it fits on one page? Does this make sense? Help!

    Re: Printing My Spreadsheet

Choose Page Layout | Page Setup | Click on "Fit To" 1 page(s) wide by 1 tall | Click on OK.

Select the best orientation to make the best use of the available page

    Print to PDF for security.
